Ingredients

  • *0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • *1 cup Brown sugar
  • *1 egg Large egg
  • *1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • *1 cup All-purpose flour
  • *1.5 cups Old-fashioned oats
  • *0.25 cup Brewer's yeast
  • *0.25 cup Ground flaxseed
  • *0.5 cup Sliced almonds
  • *0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • *0.25 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. 2In a bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

  4. 4In another bowl, whisk together flour, oats, brewer's yeast, flaxseed, baking soda, and salt.
